OUR SERVICE

Discharging
When the ship enters the port, containers are moved by the rail mounted gantry crane. During moving the container, we have the tally man, the seal checker, and container checker for checking container condition. The containers are sent to different place as specified status. For example, status FCL is sent to import track. LCL and CFS are sent to warehouse yard. Reefer is sent to plug at reefer yard. During our process, if we see any damaged container, the container checker will take a photo and have temporary repair and Tally man will note to the tally sheet and damage report.
Unstuffing cargo
Before opening the container, we have to prepare the labor man, tally man, checker, truck and equipments. We have checker to check container condition and seal which should be in good secure. And checker take the photo before cut the seal. After the door is opened, the checker takes the photo of good to confirm that all goods are in the proper position, then labor transfer good out of container. And tally man recheck the goods. If they see the damaged good during transfer they must stop for a while and take the photo. The tally man will note to the tally sheet after everything moved out from container, the tally man will check the container again. If container is not in good condition, the checker will inform to office for reporting to checker yard.
Empty yard
When all goods are moved out from the container, the container has become the empty container. The port officer will sent the container to Yang Ming empty Yard. There are empty-yard checkers who take over and check the container condition. Their duties are to send the empty container and check its condition which must be suitable for goods, and take the photo of it, too. Another, his duty is to send it to freight forwarding company that want to stuff its cargo by themselves together specified in the container equipment receipt
Stuffing cargo
Before we contain the goods into the container, we have to prepare labor, tally man, checker, truck, and equipments. For doing contain goods in each day, before containing the goods, we have checker who get the empty container from the empty-yard checker, when already get the empty container, we will recheck and take the photo of the container before containing the goods. During this process, if we found the damaged goods before containing, we would first ask the exporter whether they want to stuff or not. If the exporter insists to contain, the tally man will note into the tally sheet of serial number of the damage. After already contained, we take the photo of goods, close the door, lock the seal, and finally take a photo again.
RORO VESSEL
We have hatch boss, ship checker, signal, placing driver, common driver, traffic, taxi driver, tally, lasher. For our process, hatch boss will describe plan about quantity of car. When the cars arrive at the hole entrance and deck for parking, Hatch boss will organize all of the cars for reverse park in next step. In every step of working, we have to work with high responsibility. Since 1964 to 2021, we have operated about stevedore, we service with intention and honesty for 57 years with prompt and zero damage.
